| Description: | On day 2, a slow moving storm came up and took out 2 of the six domes. On day 3, less than an hour before the ceremony was to take place, we were gathered for a group photo shoot. The wind started picking up, and we looked over in the distance, and saw a quick moving wall of sand and wind coming right at us. We took refuge in the nearest dome as the wall of sand hit us. For 5 minutes it shook and rattled everything. When the storm was over, we looked outside, and only 2 domes were left. One dome was crushed by the wind, and another dome was blown over the cars and several hundred feet out onto the open playa. But the music played on, and the happy couple was wed by dark. |
